Money (profit) is in short-term remedies not long-term cures...

~ a phrase my business policy professor (Dept. Head) often used ambiguously

This phrase explains why human rights provided to citizens in every other developed nation are converted into capital gains in America; it explains why insulin and other life saving drugs are routinely subject to price gouging (when creators like Frederick Banting sold their patents for $1). Exploitative corporate practices that sparked the American Revolution have been adopted and modernized.  Bipartisan political values/legislation enable these exploitative business ethics, and they've been normalized under the righteous guise of capitalism. So ask yourself, if money is the root of all evil, what does that say about the people who hoard it?

The rich should let the populous be their sin-eaters. Believe it or not, putting cash in the hands of average citizens (who need to spend it to survive) stimulates the economy more than tax breaks and benefits for Elites who hold onto capital, like dragons do gold.

Modern business models are structured to profit off predictable behavior generated by short-term remedies. Compared to cures, remedies create a cycle of dependence. And once people are dependent, businesses have successfully hooked consumers. Exploitative business practices like these were normalized, so they evolved. Today, Dominator values are considered conventional wisdom, because they've been institutionalized; and they're creating cycles of despair for the sake of gross profit. Profits circulating into campaigns, super pacs, and other funds in the form of legalized bribes or dark money contributions.

Over America's 240 year existence, we've been at war for 226 of them, which begs us to question why? One word, profit. Wars are waged both outside & inside our boarders, like the war on drugs; the war on Christmas; America's obsessed with war to the point where people see through a combative lens; and profiteers are incentivized to keep the cycle goings, which explains why the systemic factors are never addressed. No lesson was learned from the Temperance Movement despite making alcohol and pornography legal again. Instead, Elites have devised methods to profit off  society's diverse responses to war and other forms of conflict and strife. This perpetuates negative cycles of behavior; behavior driven by profit motive and enabled by legalized exploitation. Political leaders might acknowledge these flaws in our system, but neither party does anything about them, and this inaction speaks volumes.

The only reason corruption thrives in American politics is the same reason there hasn't been a nuclear war--mutually assured destruction for establishment politicians relying on legalized bribes.

Be it political, religious or economic profiteers, they typically capitalize off stoking fear and our response to it. If we as a culture, as a species, can't learn from human nature & history we're doomed.

If you're literate, I hope you plead A-Letter-IT.

Americans have been turned against each other thanks to highly partisan media paired with a two-party system. In capitalism, competition is a good thing right?! So why are we limited to two choices of political parties?

Fun fact: the RNC & DNC were created to remove the League of Women Voters (LWV) from moderating debates for one simple reason, control. Maintaining a two-party system made it easier to exercise control. When people are busy hating each other, we're unable to unite and demand change.

Frustrations of voters (in both parties) are the same at their core; we're tired of corruption and conflicts of interest, yet nothing's done about it! In a functioning democracy, bipartisanship would have ended our corruption problem ages ago; instead, bipartisanship preserves corruption as if it's a pedestal of American democracy.

This is why people hate politics; this is why people become apolitical.

We should be seeking answers and accountability for:

  • Media models profiting off division to maximize user engagement

  • Why America, the land of the free, converts human rights into capital gains

  • Why bipartisanship functions a an arm of corporatocracy instead of democracy

  • Why politicians have allowed dehumanizing practices/ institutions to remain in tact when they undermine democracy

In our short history as a country, America had a honeymoon period where voters' rights were respected (before corporations were considered people). The turning point was a court case, Santa Clara County vs. Southern Pacific Railroad 1886. After slavery ended, corporations used the 13th amendment to argue person-hood and won. It isn't a coincidence that the preexisting voter rights would start deteriorating around the same time.

From local communities to large nations, humans function better when we work as a team; our slogan, 'United We Stand' doesn't mean much, when we've forgotten the #1 Rule of teamwork.

As a nation, we're only as fast or strong... as our slowest and/ or weakest economic players; when corporate ethics structure societal norms, they're engineered to exploit defenseless people; they're designed to view/ treat people as objects; and acknowledge it or not, People of Color experience the worst of it.

For the wealthiest nation to have the poorest human rights in the developed world... we don't deserve the title 'moral leader'.  Not when people are forced to work multiple full-time jobs just to stay afloat.

The cost of living's exponentially climbing while wages remain stagnant and CEO bonuses thrive. This illustrates the effects of bipartisan (corporate influenced) values. Less and less working class people can afford to be homeowners, pay unexpected medical bills, hold onto what wealth they have, and this exploitation needs to end.

Our World
Earth and Space

Human history has occurred within the blink of an eye--as far as the Earth's concerned. Sure we've provided entertaining programming, but too many deceptive gimmicks get rebranded in this reality show. Despite being counterproductive, predatory behavior thrives in our economy and culture, because it's profitable... for predators not the prey.

How long will humans collectively endorse a cycle of capitalist-inspired cannibalism where the relationship is win:lose but advertised as win:win. If devout politicians worshiping capitalist gods didn't offer up modern-day versions of human sacrifices... what would happen?

Our Shared History
Ancient Coins

Our collective history as a species is fascinating... if you know where to look and have an open mind.

The first spiritual humans worshiped the female form, considered their energy Godly, and revered its ability to create life. Along the way, both carnivores and herbivores were domesticated. We learned to coexist with them and develop win:win relationships. Some of the oldest tribes and cultures in existence still worship cows, which were one of the first animals early humans idolized before domesticating. Things have changed quite a bit since then. To sustain our propensity to breed like bunnies, cows and many other domesticated animals became devalued and viewed as objects to dominate instead of valued as the gifts from God that they are.

Let's stop collectively overwriting history to fit personal narratives; it's overdue we learn from it. Only looking forward is what created America's corrupted socioeconomic conditions. Neglecting history has caused many modern governments to function like Colonial England; heavily taxing citizens; and legislating on behalf of Elites.

The most important evolutionary leap we made developing society occurred thanks to Partnership Values inspired by Female Idols and energy. Over time, cold hard logic associated with Dominator Values converted ancient monarchies into patriarchies; and attributes associated with the human heart were devalued; because they impede gross profit.
